All meetings start at 7 PM with doors opening at 6:30 on Thursday nights (except where noted). We try to keep it to an hour, but often special events or committees keep us humming until 8:30 PM. Special Boosters Board Meeting is Wednesday, 7:00-8:30 pm at MTHS Library. First 20 minutes will be on our upcoming mattress fundraiser. As you learn about the event, we receive $5 for each person in attendance. Plus some lucky Booster will walk away with a $100 gift card. Also learn about our Poinsettia sale, this month's Jazz Symposium, and Santa's upcoming breakfast. Doors open at 6:30 pm.

The 27th annual Jazz Symposium will be on Saturday, October 28 starting at 7 AM and wrapping up around 5 PM. We need your help in hosting this fabulous event at MTHS. The Symposium brings together regional middle and high school big bands and combos for a day of performances and clinics. Each registered band and combo has a 20-25 minute performance followed by a 20-25 minute clinic with a professional jazz musician. Last year we raised over $7000 for Music activities including travel with this unique fundraiser. More details to come at our Monthly Boosters meeting October 11 (and we raise $5 for every parent there!). Looking to really increase our efforts this fall. Our first concert of the year is with the Tamir Hendelman Jazz Trio with MTHS. Tamir is spending two days at MTHS, rehearsing with our Jazz band and holding a clinic. The trio is working with a few schools in the area and a few private concerts but this event at MTHS is the only public concert in the area.
