The Rotary Club of Edmonds Daybreakers sponsors the 18th annual Edmonds Jazz Connection Festival in downtown Edmonds this Saturday. High school bands from Snohomish County will play in three venues plus there’s a jazz vocal clinic and open jam sessions.
